Permanent color placed in your lashline and around your lashes can make your eyes look brighter, younger and more expressive.  It's great for active women, women in warmer climates, alopecia clients, and others who have trouble with makeup running and smearing.  It's terrific for contact lens wearers who can't get makeup products in their eyes.  Even men get permanent lash enhancement.   The thicker the color, the more it looks like applied eyeliner.  So "lash enhancement" and "permanent eyelining" are different degrees of the same process.
